My perspective is unique in this sector. I have lived the full continuum of the work:

  • As a Student I understand the impact of the program from the recipient's perspective.
  • As an Affiliate Leader I've worked in the trenches—from intern to Site Coordinator to Director of Program Operations—so I know the reality of the caseload, the school politics, and the data-reporting burden.
  • As a National Senior Manager I built leadership programming at the national level, meaning I understand the high-level accreditation and TQS standards you are held to.
